CrossFit champion Rich Froning partnered with Reebok to create a Dad Bod WOD (Workout of the Day.) Its designed to target all those floppy fat areas associated with Dad Bod (man boobs, beer belly, flabby arms.) You can watch the workout instructions below.

Alternate every minute on the minute for 20 minutes (5 rounds)
A. 40sec hollow rocks to target that beer belly
B. 20 Russian twist to each side to crush those love handles
C. 15 push-ups with chisel the man boobs
D. 10 burpees for the full-body
