Breakups Are Becoming Hilarious With Technology
There is so much tech and so many apps that dumping someone can be kind of fun. Why bother giving someone the respect of a face-to-face breakup when you can text them an emoji story. Or block them on social media and just return to Tinder and wait for your ex to hear about it from a friend. You can also, unfortunately for this college dude, end a relationship using Spotify.
20-year-old Wyatt Hall received a gift from his girlfriend, 19-year-old Kirsten Titus. It came in the form of a Spotify playlist. Awhe! So sweet! Well, it sounds sweet until you read the song titles that have been strategically placed to send a message.
The breakup between these BYU students went viral after Kirsten’s sister tweeted out the story.
So my sister has gone on a couple of dates with a guy named Wyatt but she likes someone else so she made him a Spotify playlist and… pic.twitter.com/kJmgrUBwqb

Wyat tried to clap back but it was far less creative.

It appears the two are on good terms since the relationship ended.
